Produce intended for industrial processing needs to meet even higher standards than when sold fresh. This applies especially to slicing operations. Consistent, reliable quality is a priority in terms of the raw produce. To make this happen we take the greatest care during harvesting, packing and processing, as well as during transportation. Produce is freshly harvested and sent straight on its way to customers. However, producers are not immune to the effects of local or extreme weather conditions. Great importance is therefore attached to transparency across all procurement processes and providing information to customers, enabling a quick response in the event of unforeseen circumstances without unnecessary red tape.
